Hip grafting is a surgical technique aimed at raising and remodelling the hips' sagging tissue. Furthermore, they try to smooth out skin defects with the aid of the treatment. Excess fatty tissue and skin on the outside and inside of the thighs are removed during the operation to give the hips a more harmonious form, elasticity and restore color.
Hip lift and plastic
Hips are one of the most "problematic" zones, where diets or exercise are difficult to correct. Beneath the effect of age-related changes and gravity, the tissues of the thigh's inner and outer sides lose color. This can cause skin and tissues to sag, as well as uneven surface of the skin in perfectly healthy people. This disorder is compounded after a severe weight loss. In certain cases, unsightly hips and loose skin cause physical discomfort (friction-related skin irritation, diaper rash etc.).
Hip lift helps patients to get rid of sagging skin, excess fat and adjust their shape. In women, body fat also builds up in both the upper and inner thighs. These excesses are often difficult to get rid of through sports and diets. Hip lift is designed to eliminate excess skin and improve the contour of the inner thighs. Incisions are placed on the folds of the inguinal and gluteal such that postoperative wounds are invisible.
Operations
The surgery involves cutting the skin in the upper half of the fins while securing the lower portion of the fats. The surgery is carried out under intravenous analgesia. This is also paired with hip liposuction to achieve the full aesthetic effect. The incision passes through the inguinal fold and continues down to a depth of around 3-4 centimeters under the buttock. Excess tissue is removed, and the skin is sutured with a self-absorbing thread using a cosmetic suture. The surgery takes between 1-1.5 hours. The scar from the operation is very thin, and is usually covered by underwear in the field.
Rehabilitation
The procedure is the removal of a skin segment in the upper half of the buttocks, thus stretching the lower sections of the buttocks. The procedure is performed with intravenous analgesia. It's also paired with hip liposuction to produce the optimum aesthetic effect. The incision passes through the inguinal fold and continues down to a depth of around 3-4 centimeters under the buttock. Excess tissue is removed, and a cosmetic suture with a self-absorbing thread is sutured to the skin. The procedure takes 1-1.5 hours to complete. The scar from the operation is very thin, and is still covered with clothing in the field.
